    We will use Amplify Science Curriculum for hands-on investigations and Science fun while working towards the NGSS Science Standards.

  • Helpful hints for the first day

    • Help your child learn his/her bus number.
    • Please send any milk or lunch money in a separate envelope with your child's name and 1-Tedeschi on the front. A milk form will be sent home in your child's folder with information on when snack milk will start and how to sign up. 
    • Discuss with your child whether they are buying or bringing lunch. If your child is buying, you can add money to your child's lunch account online. You can access the student lunch portal on the LEHSD home page. If your child is bringing lunch, please be sure to label your child's lunchbox with his/her name.
    • Place a note on your child's lunch account with any restrictions you wish. For example: ice cream Friday only, no breakfast, no soda, 1 snack item per day.
    • You can send a family photo. The children love to see their families throughout the day.
    • Label all belongings with your child's full name.
    • Encourage your child to talk about his/her day.
    • Back to School Night: 9/12 @ 6pm @ George J. Mitchell School
