Mr. Thomas P. Denning, Principal

Hello Frog Pond Families,

I am excited to welcome you to the 2022-2023 school year. Our custodial and administrative staff have been working hard to get our school ready and our teachers cannot wait to get to know your children. We understand that returning to school after summer break can be stressful for children and parents alike.

For the first week, we will have staff stationed throughout the school during arrival and dismissal to assist students with directions or just provide a reassuring smile. Every effort is made for students to gain confidence and it always amazes me how quickly they learn their way around the building. Our back to school night is scheduled for Wednesday September 14, 2022 at 6:00pm. Parents will report directly to their child’s classroom for an overview of what to expect this school year. Local organizations will have informational materials available for those that are interested in the Multi-Purpose Room. I encourage you to keep an open line of communication with your child’s teacher during the school year if you have any questions or concerns. Our school hours are 8:05am until 3:05pm. Please make every effort to have your child in school and on time. Attendance is an important part of ensuring student success. Arriving late or leaving early causes them to miss important instruction time.

Parent involvement is welcome and encouraged. Volunteer opportunities in our school are always available. Contact our main office for information on how you can get involved. Please be sure to follow us on Facebook and check out our website for upcoming events and announcements.

I am looking forward to a wonderful school year!

Sincerely,

Thomas P. Denning

Principal
