    A great way to keep track of what you are eating and the amount of physical activity you are getting in a day is to keep a log.  In addition to keeping a log it is a great idea to reflect on your day and plan healthier alternatives or ways you can incorporate physical activity into your day.  


    Remember it is recommended to get at least 60 minutes of physical activity per day!
