When applying, please use the following reference for choosing a student's grade:
- Preschool 3 - 3F
- Preschool 4 - 4F
- Kindergarten - KF
- 1st Grade - 01
- 2nd Grade - 02
- 3rd Grade - 03
- 4th Grade - 04
- 5th Grade - 05
- 6th Grade - 06
If your family already receives SNAP/TANF, please be sure to include your case number when it asks if your family receives supplemental help.
Case numbers usually start with the letter "C" and it is not your EBT card number, however, it can be found on your EBT card. If you only received P-EBT Benefits (benefits received on a white card) and you do not have a case with Social Services, you are NOT a SNAP/TANF recipient and this field should not be filled out.

New Application Process

For parents with children in multiple schools, please note you may have to complete TWO meal applications.

If you have children in Little Egg Harbor Schools AND Pinelands Regional School District, you will need to complete TWO applications; one application for your LEHSD student(s) AND one application for your Pinelands student(s).

NOTE: You MUST include your LEHSD school children as household members on your PRSD application and you MUST include your PRSD students as household member on your LEHSD application.
